: Hearst Museum object titled Club, museum number 16-9524, described as Man's hardwood war club. Long narrow blade expands toward the bifurcated end. Incised geometric designs on the blade. Handle wrapped with orange, green, white, red, and blue commercial cloth strips and black and white strings, 120 cms length. The Woven strap attached to the handle has x and diamond designs in white and black with red borders; the strap doubled; circa 27 cm in length. Shipibo, Peru.
