The basket has a plain wrapped rim with a half inch long herringbone finish.

Materials include a deergrass bundle foundation; tan and orange juncus wefts; and sumac wefts used on the base. The design is thirteen sets of three downward facing triangles formed by orange juncus. The workface is on the inside. The wefts are bound under and the work direction is to the right. The basket has a plain wrapped rim with three inches or so of the plain wrapped rim missing. Basket is stained, including blue and yellow stains.
