Coated with something like a modern varnish. Black designs appear to be bracken fern. Background is a split shoot, possibly willow. Eastern Mono/Owens Valley Paiute based on associated note and work direction. Design is three sets of several chains of diamonds from base to rim, with some filled and some outlined. Also chains of triangles outlining the diamonds. No food debris present. Portions of first and second coil are missing, and there are several cracks near rim.
