Per Ralph Shanks: Materials are tule cordage warp, tule wefts, and beargrass overlay with black maidenhair fern designs. The basket is primarily plain twined, with two rows of three strand twining near the base. At the rim, the cordage warps are bound down. Designs are three bands of horizontal parallelograms as well as diamonds, crosses, and triangles. Could be Eastern Achumawi, Eastern Atsugewi or Modoc, based on the use of cordage warps and extensive overlay.
