Hearst Museum object titled Castings, accession number 5-15966, described as iron castings joined by a chain. 2 rods, both ending in round tapered points, are joined by a 3 piece chain through eye holes in the top of the rods. the smaller rod resembles an enlarged sewing needle (25 cm long). the larger one has more pointed marks and a circular hole. each rod has an "S" shaped chain piece. those are joined by an oval shaped ling (jump ring).
