High and low relief decoration. Low relief band under saucer with four shield like designs. Large center ring, oval in cross section with two low relief decorated panels with bird on flowering branch within each. Two 'handles' between in form of dragon or lion head with elephant like trunk projecting below from open mouth. Base is inverted cup shape with three similar animal heads in high relief, curved trunks forming the legs. Highlights in gilt. Spike bent. Crusted material in underside. Relief cast.
