It is framed by wheat garlands on two sides and characters on the top reading “People’s Communes are good” (人民公社好renmin gongshe hao). The other decal pattern portrays green pine branches encircled by a double green ring. Black characters across the branches proclaim: “Happiness for ten-thousand springs” (幸福万年春xingfu wan nian chun). Inscription: Kiln mark: “New Citizen porcelain factory, Liling 1969” (醴陵新民瓷厂 Liling Xinmin cichang, 1969). Interior has a character (井jing).
