On the right a stenciled design shows three flags standing on a terraced farm beside a dam. At the upper right a red inscription reads: “The glory of going Up to the mountains, Down to the countryside” (上山下乡 光荣Shangshan Xiaxiang guangrong). The rim is cobalt blue.
