Hearst Museum object titled Recataloged to 2-15780, accession number TB-97, described as Per Ralph Shanks: Miniature bowl. Probably made for tourist trade. The number on it is 2-15780, which is wrong. Leather strap on rim. Coiled with three rod foundation of willow. Leftward warp direction. Willow probable for background material. Primarily black design of devils claw chevrons whirling from base. Also red commercial dyed lines between black. Work-face is on interior.

Hearst Museum object titled Recataloged to 3-14639, accession number TB-96, described as Per Ralph Shanks: Basket from Pima or Papago in the southern Arizona area. It is a coiled basket, oval shaped with one handle. The open side has one diagonal coil running through it. It has a cattail foundation with willow background with a leftward warp direction. Designs are in devils claw of black rectangles. The rim is black done in diagonal overstitching. The starting knot is oval. The basket has a weaver's hair in it. This basket was probably made for sale prior to the 1950’s due to the use of aboriginal materials. 1-14639 and 2-14639 are written on two different paper tags as well as an original number 57.
