Hearst Museum object titled Vest, accession number 7-5121, described as Woman's sleeved vest (mintan); worn as a coat; gold braid on lower sleeves and edge of front; velvet facing on sleeves, front, and collar; metal openwork balls lining one edge of front. Worn under sleeveless coat 7-5122 and and over waistcoat 7-5120  so that only sleeves and the buttons and adjacent areas are seen. Body is of homespun felted wool; sleeves and narrow band at front, which are seen when worn, are faced with velvet decorated with gold braid. 7-5120-22 always worn as a single unit. Worn everyday but especially on Sunday and for festivals, and especially by younger women. Made by Terzija, professional tailors who make folk costumes. Worn by women at time of collection, 1964. 7-5119-5128 comprise a complete costume.
