Dimensions: 15 1/2" long, 14" wide, strap:41"xl". Remarks: Shoulder bag in plain weave wool with strip on sides, center covered with all-over pattern of flowers inside a diamond grid embroidered in red, pink, green on white ground. Brocade shoulder strap. Woven piece folded in half and sewn at sides to make bag. Inventory check: Purchased new in or near Mexico City c. 1950-1955. Worn and stained.
