Hearst Museum object titled Kyathos, accession number 8-1684, described as Umbilicate kyathos. Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 4.3 cm; height: to top of handle, 8.4 cm; diameter: 8.2 cm (see Matteucig's plate IX, 12). Brown impasto. Clay light gray; polished gray surface varying to dark brown. Concave neck with flaring lip; godrooned shoulder; shallow curving sides with umbilicated bottom; handle with bent edges on top, flattening out at point of contact with lip and shoulder; tocchi di punta at base of neck. Restored from two fragments; small part of lip chipped off.
Hearst Museum object titled Kyathos, accession number 8-1888, described as Gadrooned bucchero kyathos, same as 8-1887. Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 9.4 cm; height to top of handle: 18 cm; diameter: 12 cm (see Matteucig's plate XXI, 8). Heavy bucchero. Shape and decoration as in no. 1887. Vase much better preserved; small part of side chipped off.  For somewhat similar example, cf. Gsell, Pl. III, 6 and C. V.A., Villa Giulia, fasc. 1, IV B, 1, pl. 4, nos. 1, 2.
