Bottom trim; 3 cm white cotton. Mola: back and front; 49 cm w. x 39 cm l.; four X shaped motifs , each w/ four trapazoidal shapes inside surrounded by serpentine background ; color layers, dark red, gold and tomato red.; fill pieces are backed by many different colored fabric in solids and prints; asymetrical reverse applique along sides. same basic design on back and front.

Mola; 37 cm l. x 42 cm. w. affixed at top by yellow, red, and black trim and pink machine-made rick rack; bottom is trim 3.5 cm lime colored band topped by a 1 cm. band of red in the middle; all cotton. Motif is 2 feline (?) creatures facing each other standing on a triangular shaped object with a cross in center and knob shape on top. Mola, back and front sewn together, almost identical center motifs on back and front.Front:anthropomorphic crowned rabbit(?) head with 2 ears containing leaf-like images; lower half of mola has 2 similar anrhopomorphic rabbit(?) faces; black apelike figure below 2 faces; cactus (?) motif above central face; reverse applique (black is bottom fabric, red is top fabric, w/ orange, yellow, green, pink, blue, black, white and printed fabric: Back, same basic design ; with central motif with a hat instead of a crown; upper figure is apelike instead of cactus. (four birds in all); upper birds have feather patterns within bodies; lower birds have abstract geometric motifs w/in bodies. fill is horizontal lines. Color layers are red, pink and purple, w/ pieces in gold, green, blue, lime and printed material. b) same as a w// different fill cuts and fill colors.

Trim connecting mola to yoke -2.5 cm. band made up of narrow color strips in black, green, yellow and red is topped with yellow sawtooth rick rack. Bottom edge trim , 2.5 cm., off white, finely pattered woven cotton cloth. Mola: 53 cm w. x 39 cm . Front and back basically the same; main design a standing bird (harpy eagle?) w/ wings spread showing feathers and head in profile; tail divided horizontally forming base line, one side of tail ends in leaf pattern, other in inverted ÒFÓ w/ 3 tines. Front: 2 auxillerary motifs in upper corners: left is ÒFÓ w/ 3 tines,; right, same basic shape w/ no tines. Back: both ÒFÓ shapes have tines. Color layers: red, royal blue, and red on main figure; red,orange and red surrounding figure; fill is pattern of vertical slits exposing numerous colors behind, some visibility pieced midway, mostly solid colors w/ some prints.

Bottom edge encased in 2.7 cm. w. yellow cotton fabric ;3 layers; black is bottom layer pieced center layer (green, yellow, purple, orange, blue, white, pinkand severa l printed pieces), dark red top layer, all cotton; central mofif ,very large lizard (?) w/ v shapes; smaller bird attached or riding on its back; some crude embroidery on heads, tail, and wings of animals. Animals surrounded by abstract appliqued forms, including 5 maltese crosses, and letter-like (?) shapes . Front mola; lizard type animal w/ bird atop it surrounded by maltese crosses in squares and other irregular shaped appliques; multi-colored crude stitching on animal faces; swastika shape on bird tail.
