Hearst Museum object titled Truck model, accession number 5-997, described as Four wheels and two axles from the group of plant fiber truck model parts numbered 5-993 were found to join to this truck. Intact thorn "nails" on the axles line up with holes on the bottom of the truck and could be used to reattach them. This truck now appears complete. Additional parts that had been stored with it are being stored in one box that combines parts found with cat numbers 5-996 and 5-993. J. Williams 6/11/13
Hearst Museum object titled Truck model, accession number 5-996, described as The truck was piled in a box with truck 5-997. An attempt was made to determine which parts belong to each truck. This truck is much more fragmented. Currently 21 fragments or assembled sections are stored with it, in addition to five complete thorn nails, smaller debris and fragments of paper found in the box.
