Found in 1988 mis-numbered (had #2-6615 on it which belongs to a Northern Athabascan arrow). Made of wood. Wooden shaft; feathers near proximal end. Spare shaft, used with a specific head would be used according to hunting needs.

Bone piece lashed to curve with string, rawhide bowstring. Wood, carved, painted red; rectangular section; on backside, a median groove along complete length; the safe end recurved outwards, with a wedge of antler held in place with cotton string; a non-functional (?) leather bow string attached to this end. Native name: urluveq.

Single sinew cable backing, lashed to bow with braided sinew. Carved; painted red, with median groove on whole length of back side; bow was sawed 48 cm from one end (probably to carry it easier after acquisition) and nailed together again and wrapped with white cotton string; bow string missing. Yup'ik name: urluveq.

Sinew bowstring has center wrapped with spruce root. Wood, carved; section of the wood mostly rectangular, a bit convex on backside; on front surface: reinforced with sinew cord wrapping, as well as its middle with a long antler slab (61 cm) placed between sinew & wood; on backside. Yup'ik name: urluveq.
