Bottom projection has an extended tail (2 cm) which terminates in a spoon-like element.  A loop for hanging is attached at top.

Center circle is pierced with triangular openings which form a wheel with 8 spokes.  Spokes and large circle decorated with incised lines.  Loop at top for hanging from chain or cord.  Back is also decorated.
