The honed blade tapers, convexing more in the central section; edges are nicked and exhibit loss from corrosion. A prominent rectangular (in section) mid-rib extends from a penannular rib placed at the top of the blade. Patina varies from dark shiny brown to glittery golden to areas of dusty green. Hearst Museum object titled Figurine, accession number 9-16939, described as Figurine, pale buff terra cotta; standing male figurine of cylindrical shape with outstretched arms; band around forehead reaches down to upper back; prominent nose; fugitive red-brown pain on band. Patches of reddish brown paint on the body also. Hand made.
