Hearst Museum object titled Gourd dish, accession number 3-1931, described as Gourd dish; inside lacquered red, outside lacquered black bottom thickened red rim; brush painted inside gold rim blue arrow design band below.  White dotted band, blue and white bird in center on yellow fruitm green leaves.  Outside brush painted with blue and white design band, gold and white dotted bands.  Red dish flower with green leaves on bottom.  6.5 cm X 4 cm deep.  Hole punched for hanging.  Name Rita on outside.  Made from one half of blossom end gourd. (see file card 3-26848)
