The majority of the piece is woven in single sided supplementary weft geometric pattern in multiple colors. Central panel 17cm woven in typical double faced (marcador) pattern with flowers and birds in multiple colors. Four finished selvages.

Base cloth is also dark green with multicolored supplementary weft. Predominant designs include Quetzales, deer and flowers in double sided supplementary weft, with rows of diamond, and other geometric designs in single sided supplementary weft. Warp loops left on both ends.

Two pieced tzute has multicolored warp stripes at each selvage and is joined with a very thin burgundy randa. Entire piece, excluding selvage stripes, is marcador double sided supplementary weft. Designs include Quetzales, birds, other animals and multiple types of flowers and fruit. Designs are mainly in oranges, blues and greens.
