Hearst Museum object titled Unguentarium, accession number 9-17335, described as Unguentarium; clear, olive-green glass; medium thin walls; piriform body and tubular neck; rim doubled and flattened; pinch mark at base of neck. Base flattened and slightly hollow. Rim almost completely chipped off. Interior incrusted with dark substance. Exterior cover with coating, possibly tree pitch.

Bottom of neck is flattened on one side and bulges out on the other. Thin dirt incrustation inside. Bright metallic patina over all.
