Black pattern is Brake fern (Pteris quilina). Large new deep flaring basket with grass foundation and variously arranged triangular designs.  Barret bought this basket from a man who thought it was made by a Chukchansi woman.  To Dawson it looks like a newly made Northfork Mono basket with opposite work direction to Chukchansi habits.

Repaired on bottom.
