Image Missing: Hearst Museum object titled Plaster cast, accession number 21-245, described as Cast of a Flying Victory about half life size from a corner of a temple in the sanctuary of Asklepios near Epidauros, Greece, where is served as a finial (akroterion). the goddess touches the ground with her left foot. she wears a tunic with the right shoulder and breast bare, and her right leg out. the tunic has an overlap and is belted over it. there are mortises on the shoulders for the attachment of wings. a socket in the crown with lead in it, was the mortise of a metal hat.
