Hearst Museum object titled Kyathos, accession number 8-1684, described as Umbilicate kyathos. Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 4.3 cm; height: to top of handle, 8.4 cm; diameter: 8.2 cm (see Matteucig's plate IX, 12). Brown impasto. Clay light gray; polished gray surface varying to dark brown. Concave neck with flaring lip; godrooned shoulder; shallow curving sides with umbilicated bottom; handle with bent edges on top, flattening out at point of contact with lip and shoulder; tocchi di punta at base of neck. Restored from two fragments; small part of lip chipped off.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 9.4 cm; height to top of handle: 18 cm; diameter: 12 cm (see Matteucig's plate XXI, 8). Heavy bucchero. Shape and decoration as in no. 1887. Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height; 2.8 cm; height to top of handle: 4.8 cm; diameter; 5.8 cm (see Matteucig's plate  XVII, 17). Gray bucchero. Gray clay; dull dark gray surface. Small kyathos on flat base; round handle flattening out at point of contact with lip.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 7.5 cm; height to top of handle, 14.5 cm; diameter: 19.8 cm; diameter: across from handle, 16 cm (see Matteucig's plate Ill, 7). Brown impasto. Clay light brick red with whitish impurities; dull surface varying from light brown to light gray; inside, light gray. Low neck, with slightly flaring lip; narrow turned-up handle flattening out and broadening at point of contact with lip and body; small triangular perforation on handle just above lip; squat body contracting to flat base. On the middle of the neck, a band of incised dots. The shoulder was decorated with small plaques of lead, alternately 2 and 4 mm. wide; the only remains of this deco ration are small particles of lead dioxide and a high luster on the surfaces which they had covered. Inside, a laminated cross decoration (fig. 5); here, too, the metal has almost entirely disappeared. Small part of lip chipped off and restored in reddish clay.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 7.5 cm; height to top of handle 12.5 cm; diameter: 13.5 cm (see Matteucig's plate II, 11). Red impasto. Clay red with some whitish particles; coppery red, lustrous surface, varying to dark brown. Slightly flaring lip; horizontal moulding, adorned above and below with tocchi di punta, marks transition between neck and squat, godrooned body contracting to small flat bottom. The high strap handle, widening toward point of contact with lip and body, with triangular perforation above lip, is a modern restoration in red clay; two small parts of lip and two larger ones of body are also restored.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 2.3 cm; diameter: 6 cm (see Matteucig's plate XVII, 18). Gray bucchero. Clay gray; light gray surface with black shiny particles. High rim; fillet dividing rim from shallow bottom on low solid foot. Handle broken off.  Cf. C.W.A., Denmark, fasc. IV, Pl. 192, no. 6, from Rome, and fasc. V, pl. 193, no. 9, from Narce.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kyathos; height: 9.5 cm; height to top of handle: 16.5 cm; diameter: 11.7 cm (see Matteucig's plate XXI, 9). Heavy bucchero. Offset convex rim; convex sides, on low curving bottom; fillet between sides and bottom; high strap handle; narrow stem, with broad spreading foot. On rim, an incised zigzag, between two parallel incised lines; on handle, a crawling snake with head on each end; on top of handle, a pointed knob in raised fillet; inside rim, below handle, a human head in relief, with incised hair and details.
