Another pattern is Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens). Black pattern is Brake fern (Woodwardia spinulosa). Black and white step pattern in 12 spiral bars; fringe of red worsted on shoulder.

Red and black patterns are Yucca. 3 broad radiating vertical bands enclosing red triangles all pointing upward and bordered by feather design in black. Bottom repaired with parchment.

Brown patter ins Brake fern (Pteris quilina). Red pattern is Yucca. With 3 bands of black, enclosing diamond design in red and white; 2 bands on side of basket, one on shoulder. Shoulder fringed with red worsted and quail crests.
