Inscribed with prayers and invocations and grids, each square containing a number. Lunate handle at top nailed to board, convex on bottom. Length 54.5 centimeters. Context of use: used in Muslim education of children. Probably contains mathematical or magical formulas (fide Professor Rafe Pinder-Wilson).
