Red cloth trim surrounds a white beaded background.  Beaded green, blue, red, and yellow flowers and acorns decorate the sash.  Probably a belt, sash, or tack per Seana Edwards (PAHMA intern 2010).  One side has a fall theme with leaves and berrys and the other side has a summer/spring theme with flowers.
