(e and f) Pair of men dolls with ribbonwork breechcloths and buckskin pants. Cloth faces and hands; silk, wool, and glass trade beads.

According to Kaethe Kliot this is “drawn work”. One of the finest examples of draw work, in which threads are removed from the cloth an used for the embroidery. The thread is approx. 500/2, which has 75,000 yards to the pound.
