Molded and painted.

Central circle with 2 opposite V-shaped spiral arms (whirlwind design), spirals solid black, rest plain. Framing lines green-red-green-red, etc. banded by black line; pendant to spiral arms. 3 rows within black rim badly faded from green and, possibly, orange.
