Wide mouth globular bowl with cobalt underglaze decoration with landscape motif. Cross-hatched band near rim in dark grey-blue. Below, on one side field design, and lines on opposite side. Blue bands on bottom and foot. Grey-white crackled ground. Rim warped to oval. Foot chipped. Rim broken and mended with gold. Height 7.5 cm, Diameter 10.5 cm. From Japan, Saga Prefecture (Hizen Province), Arita, "Imari" ware. Attributed to Late 18th - Early 19th century.

From Japan, Shimane Prefecture (Izumo Province), Fujina. Attributed to 19th century.
