Image Missing: Hearst Museum object titled Tapa cloth, accession number 11-39576, described as Tapa cloth, natural color, rectangular, fringed ends, main body with 3 divided sections, each end with horizontal sections with geometric designs, main body sparsely decorated with pairs of triangle dog patterns, line-circle patterns, patterned fringe, horizonal worn section, some yellow ochre stain. Said to be worn around the head as a kind of turban; “probably once used as loincloth” (Burroughs in Kooijman, p.262). Made by women. CHECK.
