Hearst Museum object titled Stemmed mirror, accession number 8-5859, described as Etruscan bronze mirror; cast-handle type; encrustation on both surfaces of disk and blue discoloration on obverse due to bronze disease; dark green patina; handle ends in stylized ram’s head; rim of obverse beaded; engraved scene of four figures, two women flanking Minerva (Greek=Athena) and nude man, standing against architecture; guilloche border; mirror appears to have been conserved with a translucent glaze.
