Image Missing: Hearst Museum object titled Basketry fragment, accession number 2-66182, described as Loosely twined, braided rim, made of Elymus mollis (sea rye) fiber. 5 bands of single and double strands of black fiber woven into the body, running longitudinally around the circumference. Center 3 bands accented with false embroidery. Includes part of base, body, rim. Fragment is that of a twined bag, possibly for food storage.
