Beside each dog, a large bird with a round tale stands.  Atop each tail is a small bird.  All are mounted on a rectangular stand.  The entire composite group is painted with blue, red, black, lavender, red, yellow and green designs on a white ground.  The stand is decorated with bands of green, white and pink all decorated with geometrics or swirls.  The front edge of the stand is painted red.
