There are some split stitches on the work face and approximately 50% split stitches on the back face. The rim is plain wrapped, with a blunt coil ending. The workface is on the exterior, the work direction is to the right. The slant of weft twist is down to the right. The characteristics of the basket do not rule out either a Yuki or Wailaki maker.
