Hearst Museum object titled Table cloth, accession number 9-21658, described as Table Cloth; made from fragments of Imperial Era court robes.  Semi-circular w/ 4 flattened lobes  Center dragon is from inside of robe (behind the flap of the robe).  4 other dragons from front & back of imperial robes.  Scales on center dragon are paint edged.  Pearl of peace is incorporated with all five, 5-clawed dragons.  Clouds, endless knots, bats, waves & water imagery on opposite ends of cloth.  3cm border of black and blue borcade and endless knots & flowers around all edges..  Backing is natural yellow/gold brocade silk in brick pattern.
Hearst Museum object titled Textile, accession number 9-21619, described as Imperial Era textile.  L=54,0 cm; W at top = 232.0 cm,  W at base = 82.0cm:   Pie shaped, made of pieces cut from a red/orange Imperial Era garment .  5 wedge-shaped panels sewn together and divided w/ black satin trim.  2.75cm black trim around upper and side edges; 3.5cm black trim on bottom edge.  Center wedge panel has metallic dragon w/ bats, waves, water, etc.   Side panels contain phoenix birds batrs, waves and water.  Attached at top are 5 pairs of balack cords drawn into a decorative know which is attached to a ball knot,  The end of the cords go thorugh a round wooden bead and a wooden disk that is knotted on top.   Black tassels/know cord hang from the attachment. LIght blue silk binding sewn to side edges.  Design motifs are in  white, blue, light green yellow, brown and shades of turquoise blue.  Top attachment measures 36.0 cm.
