Shirt bottom is banded with the same royal blue. Flowers and butterflies are embroidered randomly on the lower ⅓ of the pleated skirt. Skirt is attached to a wide waist band of dark gray cotton.

Panel is bordered by bands of blue flowers on a black ground and black silk tape. Skirt is pleated in deep pleats, the lower ⅓ of which are decorated with embroidered phoenix birds, or dragons, waves. clouds, and flowers, and edged with tapes embroidered with blue flowers. Skirt is attached to a band of light brown cotton fabric.
