Hearst Museum object titled Blanket, accession number 2-72067, described as RGM hand woven wool blanket made by RGM's great grandmother Curtis, who lived on a farm in Maine; RGM note affixed to the blanket says that the blanket is hand woven by her great grandmother, and that the wool was spun on old spinning wheel; the spinning wheel (very large in size) was given by Marilyn Mossman Webster (now deceased) to the Los Altos History House Museum during the 1990s; blanket is off-white with dark blue band across both ends; worn, patched, spotted, very old and used.

Magenta w/ irregular stripe of lighter color, square neck in back; modified V neck in front; short sleeves; metal hooks down front w/ thread loop eyes; snaps and thread loops inside shoulders to keep bra straps from showing; cotton lined.

Hearst Museum object titled Blouse, accession number 3-30228, described as RGM unfinished blouse (?), 37" wide by 50 1/2 inches long; made up of two lengths of textile sewed together; neck has not been cut out, ends have not been finished off; selvages are red and purple; purple predominates in the women pattern bands with bands of multicolored designs added in; the front and back of this piece would not match because one end has a multicolored zigzag band that is not matched on the other end.  Reverse shows large spot.

Royal blue silk, lined with dark blue cotton; short sleeved; machine stitched with hand hemming, metal hooks w/ thread eyes; snaps & thread loops inside shoulders ( used to keep bra straps from showing).
