Hearst Museum object titled Panel, accession number 9-21569, described as Skirt panel; emboidered yellow-orange satin;pieced from four pieces of fabric, two embroidered, two plain sewn along selvedge opposite embroidered edge.   Bright multicolor embroidery of stylized birds and  flowers: border along selvedge made up of 4 bands;  geometric designs on each side of birds and flowers; band, and looping flowere design; purple and gold metallic small metal mirrors as eyes of birds and flower centers in border; ribbon sewn along full length of selvedge.
Hearst Museum object titled Purse, accession number 9-21647, described as Purse; Imperial Era.  H=40.6cm, W=25.4cm;  Oval shape (folds to half oval).  Red silk ground w/ pink emborodered peony, blue/green leaves and other flowers in white, purple and pink. some detail of flowers done in forbidden stitch.  Edge decorated w/ fine woven tape plus black bias tape.  Inner front is green silk bordered by 2 different finely woven tapes .  Lining is pink cotton and has been cut at the bottom [to hide coins under lining].  Front and back are joined by black cloth [cottton or linen] that is decorated w/ 15 finely done endless knots of couched metalic thread.
Hearst Museum object titled Textile, accession number 18-1729, described as Cloth; 103 cm x 244 cm l.; cotton; central field green with multicolored pattern of flowers in baskets within star shapes in blue with yellow leaf shapes alternating with flowers in baskets on green ground; 5.5 cm brown and white border on selvedge edges; one end border 43 cm with two areas of multicolored bird motifs on brown and white field separated by  1 cm red, white and gold stripes ending in green field with triangular green spikes alternating with brown spikes with floral pattern.
