Hearst Museum object titled Toy, accession number 3-30708, described as WOODEN TOY: Pecking bird.  Articulated bird (painted fuchsia and turquoise w/ white markings) affixed to a slotted platform w/ an acorn cap affixed to one end.  A string, attached to the bird’s head and tail, passes through the slots in the base and is weighted with a small bead of clay.  When the bead moves the bird bobs it’s head into the “dish” and it’s tail bobs.
Hearst Museum object titled Toy, accession number 3-30705, described as WOODEN TOY: Movable wooden toy featuring a picador on horseback and a bull.  When a center button is depressed, the picador and horse lunge forward to spear the bull in the withers as it lunges forward as well.  White wood, painted fuchsia, black yellow and turquoise.

Hearst Museum object titled Toy, accession number 3-30707, described as WOODEN TOY; Carousel: formed with a base and roof separated by two narrow poles, and painted purple, green, red and yellow.  At center is a central pole to which wooden cross pieces are attached via a central post which passes through them.  On each end of the cross pieces sit a child made of painted plaster.  Clothing and facial features are roughly painted.  Center post rests in a circular carrier, which allows it to rotate.

Stand (a) constructed of a round base (purple) to which is affixed a post (orange) with a flanged top that is depressed in the center.  Ceramic acrobat is painted pink w/ teal shorts and shoes.  Protruding from each shoulder is a wire to which is affixed a ceramic ball (2.2cm).  The acrobat has a wire protruding from his mouth, on which he balances via the depression at the top of the post.

Hearst Museum object titled Toy, accession number 3-30709a,b, described as TOY: Ceramic, painted.  Carousel: Base (a) formed by a round disk to which a center post is affixed (red-orange and green).  Canopy (b) is conical, decorated in triangular sections red, green and yellow with blue, red-orange and yellow half moons at the base of each section, and finished with a multicolored border.  The top of the canopy is blue. 2 animals, a man and a devil are attached to the canopy via wire, which hook into loops in the canopy rim.  The canopy rotates on the base post.
