Hearst Museum object titled Burden basket, accession number 1-259301, described as Miniature burden basket.  Light brown with woven bottom, top wrapped in thick coil.  Looped cord is knotted through the basket between the coil and the weave.  This loop is made of dogbane cordage.  Willow shoot wraps, sedge root weft, dyed bracken fern decoration weft.  Made to sell.
Hearst Museum object titled Earring, accession number 1-259245a, described as Earrings abalone shell, part of pair; curved fragment of shell, highly polished; half of each edge serrated at opposite ends; bright metal wire hangers for attachment to pierced ears; length (pendant) 5.0 cm. Serrated design same as employed in elk antler spoon handles.
