Hearst Museum object titled Leggings, accession number 2-72225a,b, described as cotton flannel leggings dyed yellow and green with long fringes on outer side of each leg. adjacent to leg fringes, on front side is a band of quill embroidery - red/white/purple applied to flannel. leggings zip closed from ankle to hip which allows them to be close fitting.
Hearst Museum object titled Sash, accession number 2-72221, described as white cotton wedding sash. crocheted or braided plain body with 12 balls and very long fringes at each end.
Hearst Museum object titled Sash, accession number 2-72223, described as woven wool and cotton sash; red, dark green, ecru with long warp fringes at each end. sash has a narrow border of ecru on each side, a 1cm red band, a 1/2cm dark green band, a 1cm red band and a 4.0cm decorated band of ecru and red at center. decoration is stripes and geometric.
Hearst Museum object titled Shirt, accession number 2-72230, described as terracotta colored, velveteen shirt. fully lined with printed cotton fabric, placket neck opening decorated with 6 silver and turquoise buttons, narrow stand-up collar, gusseted underarm seams, long sleeves.
Hearst Museum object titled Shirt, accession number 2-72227, described as Cotton flannel shirt. camel colored, fringed man's shirt. bound neckline and cuffs. long fringes down the outside of each arm, from shoulders to mid chest and a 'V' shaped bib attached at neck (front and black). inside 'V' is decorated with paint orange and blue on one side; magenta, yellow and blue on the other. each sleeve is decorated with 7 narrow green, horizontal stripes. tails are cut to resemble a deer skin. shirt closes with a variety of closure mechanisms (snaps, velcro, safety pins [removed as were rusting] across the right shoulder and down the right side seam.
