Crown with 2 split polished horns attached to interior hide strip. Purple feathers and green-gray fluff in between and at base of horns. Multicolored silk grosgrain (?) ribbons bound to left horn tip. Ten "ermine tails" of rabbit fur sewn about a cord, red felt seized, with black hair tips; fringes at sides.
