D) Lid for (C); carved design on lid; 9'' length. Native name: Naketa (Lozi). Made and used by men only. The two bowls are placed side by side and the men eat from them, a lump of porridge is dipped in the relish. Bottom bowl has thick porridge, (buhole), top bowl used for relish (meat, fish, vegetables, etc.) busunso. The thick porridge is served twice a day in Basutoland, at noon in the towns. Made of mukwa wood. Lozi tribe.
