Hearst Museum object titled Huipil, accession number 3-32177, described as Two piece cotton back-strap loom woven huipil with minimal central randa. The majority of the huipil consists of dark read and white stripes, although there are also some fine orange warp stripes, the central panel and the shoulders have lines of single sided supplementary weft, linear designs and multicolored butterflies (not sure if they are brocade or embroidery).
