Hearst Museum object titled Basket, accession number 1-243135, described as Coiled, globular form. Black design of single row of checkered diamonds, a double row of white and red glass beads intersects the black pattern near the rim of the basket. Double V"s of feathers below design. Somewhat worn over whole surface, in places down to the foundation, suggesting the basket was kept hung up in a bag or net. 3-rod foundation, sedge root sewing strands, bracken fern root design material, mallard duck neck feathers and red topknot feathers of woodpecker.
Hearst Museum object titled Carrying net, accession number 1-259005, described as Burden net of Apocynum fiber cordage with clamshell beads in headband. Fiber is 2-ply, a few strands in headband are broken.
